5052 H32 aluminium strip for hard disk

Henan chalco aluminum is manufactured with 5052 H32 aluminium strip for aluminium alloy hard disk. It has a good surface and is easy to oxidize. Early hard disk discs used plastic materials as the base, and then coated with magnetic materials on the plastic base to form hard disk discs. Later, with the increase of the speed and capacity of hard disk, the metal disk base has higher recording density, hardness and safety than the plastic disk base. At present, the mainstream hard drives in the market are metal disk base made of aluminium material. At present, most of the hard disk discs are made of aluminium alloy and have special coatings on the surface, because of its small deformation rate at high temperature.
